will give you an idea of what you could expect when
working with us.

Website Development Quote
If you have not already done so, you may want to
take some time to think about what you would like your website
to accomplish. Please state any special functionality or features
you would like to be included. Let us know the type of design
and style that appeals to you. You can even specify existing
websites that you feel should be emulated. If you are ready,

Domain Name Registration
/ Website Hosting
Every website on the internet has to have a host.
We will put you in contact with the most competitively priced
hosting in South Africa. Hetzner is an internationally renowned
company who can offer hosting for only R19 per month. This
offer even includes an email address of your choice. Most
clients will still need to register a domain name of their
choice subject to availability. Please contact Hetzer if you
have any further questions relating to hosting and domain
registration.

Start of Project
Once you have setup an account with Hetzer (or a
host of your choice), email the account details to us and
we can begin work on your project. You will then be sent a
list of items which will be needed from you over the course
of the project.
You will need to let us know the navigation links you would
like (such as home, services, photo gallery etc) and supply
all text and information to be included on your site. In addition,
you may also supply material such as company logo, photos,
etc. If you have any guide sites you would like us to refer
to when designing your site or if you have any preference
as to colors, style, etc please state that information as
well.
Prototype Design
We will then have a basic design for you to approve
of the 'look and feel'. Any major design modifications to
the style should be made here, which is the reason we stay
in close contact with you. Once the final desired look has
been achieved, we will start coding the entire website.

Coding / Programming
All website development programming/coding as to
your specifications will be completed and tested.
Website Pages
Based upon your needs and the final design you selected,
we create as many static pages as needed to complete your
site.
Website Navigation
Navigation links and menu's are built and tested
to your specifications.
Site Content
Incorporation of your logo, photos and text content
in a way that suites your business.
Contact / Reservation Form
We always recommend at least one contact form for
your visitor’s convenience. Using a contact form, a
visitor can email you directly from your website without needing
to open their email program.
Search Engine Optimisation
We will cover some basic SEO which will assist with increasing
traffic.
Site Map
Creation of a site map page is done which includes
easy one-click access to all pages of your site and also assists
with Search Engine Optimisation.
Development of CSS
CSS is used to define font faces, styles, sizes and
colors for consistency throughout the site.

Browser Compatibility Testing
Your website is tested on a variety of browsers to
insure proper display and functionality. We also scan the
site for any dead links.
Grammar and Spelling Check
Before the website is launched, a grammar and spell check
is performed to insure there are no mistakes.
Forms and Programming
Any email contact forms and/or programming features
included in your project are tested to confirm they are functioning
as required.

Website Completion
Once we have completed your website, we require you
to make the payment indicated by the approved quote.
Error Testing
We will make a final inspection of the website to
insure that there are no errors. Any corrections will be made
immediately and free of charge.
Launch Website
After receiving you payment, we will take your website live
on your domain for the world to see.
Minor Adjustments
Modifications of up to one hour will be made free
of charge within one month of the launch. Changes involving
more than one hour will be subject to a fee.
